Default OOT cooks!

Quick, stupid question.

I have some chicken breasts marinating, just threw it in the fridge.

However I may wind up leaving town for the night. Is it bad to have meats marinating for an extended period of time?

They'll keep soaking up the taste of the marinade. Some marinades will get pretty nasty if it's too much.

Probably depends on type of marinade, and your own taste. I wouldn't do it though, good chance it will ruin the taste of the meat.

Would it be a decent option just to refreeze it in a ziplock with the marinade in the bag?
