Default Another pahud question

i know its probably posted somewhere but i cant find it.. or maybe can get a better definition .. on my readings it says vpip now what exactly does that mean..? if its high does that mean they splash around in alot of pots etc?? maybe if someone could just tell me how to read the default settings properly that'd be great thanks again guys your great

Hold your mouse over stuff in PokerTracker. Anyhow:
Vpip = Voluntarily put in pot, how often they elected to call and thus voluntarily put $ in the pot. The higher the # the more hands they see preflop.
