In many states, legal action may get her into the mental health system, which would be good. Sounds like Borderline Personality Disorder to me, but there may be Bipolar Disorder as well. I have a relative like this, and you're wasting your time getting revenge. They don't learn and are convinced it's everyone else's fault no matter how [censored] they treat the people around them.

Do what you have to to protect yourself. Document everything she does. People like this are tolerable to deal with in a controlled setting (psych hospital), but not irl, imo.

You knew this was gonna end up happening. You should of just called the cops before you went over, explained the situation, and that you were gonna go help your cousin move out. They'd have been more than happy to meet you over there and have a little chat w/ he as well. Sometimes it's better to just not oput yourself in a situation like this to begin with.
