Default NL25 Trap set, but did i bet enough?

Villain is rather mediocre. No PT #s since im not running them right now nor HUDs etc. Not super loose, not super tight, just about average. Aggressive with some things, not with others, so just imagine a regular semi-nit

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $31.75
SB: $11.65
BB: $7.85
UTG: $31.15
Hero (CO): $20.35

Pre-Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.25</font>, SB calls $1.15, BB folds, UTG calls $1, Hero calls $1

Flop: ($5.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $1</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $2</font>, UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8</font>, SB calls $6

Is this a push? Or is this a fine bet?

I'm just wondering.

awful call pre w/ 76(i dont care if it was soooote), on the flop definitely bet more than a dollar, like 3 or 4 would be good and then call shove and have villain here call you a luckbox

Raising 75s from utg+1 is very very ugly.

It's not that bad 5 handed jesus, you guys are making PF seem much worse than it is. Just raise or fold pf. I think raising it everynow and then is fine for a mixup.
