I think the dealer kinda snickered or laughed in a unfortunate luck way, like "that's a tough beat". FD thought he was being laughed at.

It certainly seems to me to be a decent hand if you can outplay your opponents after the flop. Whether DN does that or not, you O8 experts will have to tell me.

Hands that can scoop the whole pot, hi or both otherwise are a lot better in O8 tournaments because of the escalating blinds making small increases in chips not very good functionally or otherwise.

I'm by no means an O8 expert but I'd say I have a decent amount of experience and I didn't see anything that made me go 'huh?' last night except in the limit holdem part.

In the hand with K8 v QT v JT v 86 not one of the players played it correctly on any street except Deeb betting the flop.
