Default 25$ NL : flush board vs pocket 10s

The other player is quite tight, but he came from some bad beats and he had to rebuy. That's why I choose to be so aggressive. Mistake(s)?

Cryptologic - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.15/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $24.50
BB: $24.86
UTG: $23.05
Hero (MP): $36.29
CO: $23.45
BTN: $26.74

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $3.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.00

Flop: ($6.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $4.15</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8.30</font>, SB calls $4.15

Turn: ($23.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $13.75</font>, SB calls all-in for $13.20
Uncalled bet of $0.55 returned to Hero

River: ($49.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $49.50 ($2.47 Rake)

I don't think I like. This isn't a hand that you want to play so big. If he doesn't have an overpair, I imagine AQ/AK spades is your best case scenario when you're getting it in.
I probably call flop, b/f turn.

I agree with manchild. Also, don't automatically assume he is on tilt from a bad beat unless of course obscenities are popping up in the chat window or his play since the bad beat is noticeably different, but keep in mind everyone tilts differently.
