Default What\'s a dynamic row??

Someone here suggested a program to me where I have to do Dyanmic rows. I'm a french canadian and at my gym no one knows what it is!! Can someone help me on this? Thanks It would be even more useful to have its name in french so I can ask someone to teach me.

Here's another version of the row. This madcow dude is supposedly a genius, so listen to whatever he says in that old thread. I think this is called a pendlay row, basically bend your knees a little, set up your feet a little wide, and get your back parallel to the ground. Pick the barbell up and pull it to your stomach.
