Results: Final pot: 14.2BB Opponent has TAG over 80 or so hands this session, havent seen him doing anything crazy. Is up huge (35BB) due a big multiway pot. After preflop and flop action I was almost positive he had a higher pair than mine, should I have folded somewhere? |

Re: Red QQ against UTG raise + limp
I go ahead and call down here. He is representing a higher pair but this is now a huge pot one the turn and you are tied to it.

I would play it the same. Then again, I just lost with QQ against AA with a betting pattern that went exactly like this...

[/ QUOTE ] Ive had QQ 17 times in the last 3k hands (I played a total of 7k limit hands ever, I just started, never read a book) and only won it 58,82%. Call down off the flop. Call down with kings too.

Call down off the flop. Call down with kings too. [/ QUOTE ] Reason being... you aren't getting any value out of a raise? |

Probably AA-JJ, maybe TT, AK. How many of those are we ahead? Not AA, KK or TT. I like just calling down after the preflop cap. I probably don't even raise the flop. We make more when we're ahead against an AK that will keep firing, but fold if we raise. Same w/ JJ. We lose the least when behind w/ the other hands. |

Re: Red QQ against UTG raise + limp
Against a known tight player from ep I would probably just call down...but 80 hands is small.
