Probably would go with salmon and swordfish. Halibut is a contender.

Fish would be my second choice. Prolly Black Cod and Tuna, but Opah and Swordfish are both really good too.

i should've specified, breading or a fried coating is allowed. However, anymore more substantial like an accompanying starch (e.g. a bun) or vegetable (like the onions/peppers with fajitas) are not allowed.

Pork is good once in a while, wouldnt wanna eat it everday especially when I could have a nice juicy steak.

Bacon is vv good though
