Default Your Desert Island animal-for-meat

Stranded on a desert island, you are allowed a Star Trek TNG-type food replicator but it can only produce food from any one type of non-fish animal or any 2 kinds of fish (I made it 2 kinds of fish, b/c I figured any 1 kind of fish would get crushed...) Your nutritional requirements outside of meat can be met by the tropical fruit + nuts and seeds available on the island.

The replicator can produce sauces that accompany your meat selection, but no other garnish or accompaniments. For instance, beef & broccoli would only produce beef with the sauce. Curry chicken is just the curry and the chicken, no carrots or potatoes or peas or whatever...

I love beef but feel I'd have a wider selection of food choices with chicken. Plus it's a little healthier.

Also, love pork..but so unhealthy and wouldnt have as many choices.

Who cares about whether the food is healthy if you're deserted on an island? Might as well eat whatever tastes best and you can worry about eating healthy again if you ever return to civilization.

I knew a guy that ate 600 hamburgers a year. He was my hero.

Actually I would seriously consider picking turkey if it was an option here.

Beef, there are more choices, at least for me, as the only thing I like from pigs are bacon and ribs but with beef, you have ribs, different flavor steaks, roasts etc.
