Also remember nobody likes ugly people. Therefore ugly people never get promoted because nobody likes them.

This proves the point. Nobody likes Gates and nobody promoted him or his ideas, thus he started his own company.

[/ QUOTE ]

It also disproves the point. You'd think that he could spend 0.0000000001% of his net worth for a decent haircut.

LOL.

Also if you believe in Karma. People with "good" karma tend to be better looking AND be rich. One cause, two effects.

But yea, rich people have the time and money to improve their looks, get in shape, dress better, etc.

Of course we might be missing the obvious (as is often the case) and it's just that the OP is plain ugly.

[/ QUOTE ]

That makes no sense, why would he only think it was rich people who were better looking? Why wouldn't he walk around every day thinking wow I've seen good looking people all day.

[/ QUOTE ]

I didn't expect anybody to get nit-picky with my stupid remark but here's my pop psychology answer:

He is in self-denial about his ugliness until he meets the good looking rich people and then, since they are rich and he can use that as an excuse, he can admit they are all better looking than himself.

Please don't nit-pick my equally stupid answer.

It's true that i never claimed to be either rich or good-looking.

However, not being one does not preclude me from possibly being the other...

Are rich people better looking? Yes.

Are better looking people wealthier? Yes.
