Hand 2 I would insta-fold. The aces are not suited, their low draw is weak, and at least one of your aces is spoken for, probably both. Both players could have absolute trash, and you're still behind.

At a 2$ tourney with hand 1, I might consider a call and see if I dodged the heart/low bullets on the turn. While you have reason to fear a larger set or a monster draw, villain could have a naked A2 at the 2$ skill level. If V potted on a low/non-heart turn, I would put the chips in the middle. If V potted a heart on the turn, I think I could find a fold.

For hand #1, you have to consider that in addition to dodging lows and hearts you may already be behind a made straight. And you have the problem that you don't know whether BB is betting his low draw, his flush draw, or his made straight - which means that you basically have six outs that leave you (somewhat) confident to continue on the turn, and even those aren't totally clean. And you're OOP... and you should have folded preflop... I think you should fold.

Hand #2, I am ready to rock and roll with this hand given the size of the blinds relative to my stack. Without specific information on their holdings I would expect that you have something like a 30% chance that you scoop with AA high and no low made and an additional 20% chance that a low comes but you still get half for your high. Of course this still means you have a half chance of being sent to the rail, but I would normally take this gamble.

For problem 2, I was curious and took a deeper look at some scenarios that seemed reasonable.

Assumptions: Main pot = 25,969 (correct?)
Side pot = 9796 (correct?)

If facing one other ace, and enough lows that A7 cannot carry low, our EV is 14,116, or a gain to our chip stack of about about 15%, or slightly less than one M. (I used AA7J v A256 for big stack v 34KK for short stack)

If facing one other ace, and A7 could possibly hit the low, our EV is 17,488 or a 43% gain in chipstack. (I used AA7J v A38K v 24QQ for this calc)

If facing two Ace-low hands but A7 can still make a low, our EV is still positive, 14,192. (I used A38K & A299 as a smple).

I also calculated the chances of some villain hands hitting two pair or trips, and that happens less than 50% of the time, even with adding a roughly 15% chance of one of two flush draws hitting by the river.

I'm going to back-pedal on this one. +EV play even in a couple of scenarios that don't look promising, and we probably won't see better chances to put it all in.

Hand 1, fold. Middle cards suck

Hand 2, you have below avg stack. Next blind level, it's killer for you. Get it all in and build your stack. You're ahead. Short-stack probably has a2 hand, no problem. The big stack may even have a stealing hand not worth raising. People play so bad at $2 mtt level, I wouldn't be suprised if he has JJxx QQxx.
