The small raise then call of a 3-bet confuses me. I think he folds TT easily pre-flop, JJ is a stretch.

AQs seems pretty likely to me, or AK and you're looking at a split. I can't see what spade draw he could've had here that missed, AQs is the only one and that hit, or AKs which would be a split pot.

The 4 doesn't change anything, so I think either he hit trips w/ the J on the turn, the nut straight on the turn w/ AQs, or he has QQ and thinks you're weak (the chat makes this a teeny bit more likely, IMO. He also could've played KK/AA this way.

I likely fold, though. You're behind AA/KK, JJ and AQs and splitting w/ AKs. The only hand I can see him having that we beat is QQ.

I looked up a similar line last night and got shown AA. Not familiar at all with the games behind the names tho.

fold pf? I am interested in your thoughts on this OOP against strong players who know you as laggy.

fold river, but it would be an easier muck if you said nothing.

Whats the point of re-raising preflop OOP(your raise is pretty small), if your not betting this flop? Were your checking all flops?

I just think you put yourself into a tough situation by not betting the flop.

ahh, i thought the MP folded and below called. hmm, yeah, thats tough then, but what could Ed, ever have here? He bets the turn at least with everything right? AK, KK, AA? Such a wierd hand. Im not even sure QQ is in his range. I dunno, it might be.

It's a satelite so I do not feel the need to re-raise this OOP preflop. You're not trying to win the tourney, just trying to win a seat. I like to keep pots small unless I have the absolute nuts. Though you could make a point in saying you want to accumulate some chips in the early stages so that you can get deep. Still, for it to go check, check on the flop and turn and then for him to shove in. For all we know, he could have a 4 in his hand. He could have flopped a set hoping you were going to bet into it at some point considering you did re-raise him. There is no hand you can beat here. You can't even beat K 10.
