Default NL25 - QQ OOP on scary board

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($10.25)
MP ($28.39)
CO ($37.87)
Button ($35.82)
Hero ($27.66)
BB ($25.22)

Villain has been pretty loosepassive as long as I've sat here, he had the stack when I sat down.

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.75</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $2.75.

Flop: ($7.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>

I have a really hard time playing hands like this, somehow I always want to bet out since I reraised pf. This is probably a leak since any AJ-AK is easily one of villains most likely holdings.

Is betting out and folding to aggression my best move or should I check-call and fold unimproved to a turn bet? Check-fold?
