Hey ED
Not a high volume poster, obv, but we agreed quite a lot in ATF a little while back. Apart from music and zen, I enjoy fine dining, culture/museums/plays and generally would like to rap with what seems to be an older crowd of posters. -ZEN

I've just started cooking fish on slate. It's an awesome way to cook fish (the best way according to the french fish expert Eric Ripert). If the EDF is interested, I can make a post with pictures to instruct on how to cook fish using slate. I've been doing it a lot recently and every time the fish tastes out of this world.

Blue Planet
For those people who enjoyed watching Planet Earth on the Discovery Channel, they are now doing a series on the world's oceans. The series is called Blue Planet: Seas of Life, and airs Sunday nights at 8.

Mostly lurker, but I think I have a good thread starter after I listen to the NPR show this Friday or Saturday. Should be of interest to nearly everyone on every forum, but it is probably much better suited to this forum than OOT.
