Can anyone give definitive advice about whether to convert my roll to euros or not please? Thanks. I'm going to lose 900 euros in the conversion, but if it means saving long term I guess its ok.

How could it possibly save you longterm, unless you're speculating on the $ price? (In which case you're asking an investment question noone has a clue about anyway).

If you join the "first available table" list you loose all other wait list spot if you get a seat from this one. So if you just use the table xxx lists you never get kicked off any lists, you dont have to leave them open.

no, there is a waiting list bug that has been around since the dawn of man.... basically people just randomly get kicked off of waiting lists for no reasone. I havent yet suffered from this problem since leaving the tables I am waiting on open, and I used to get it reasonably often. But this doesnt seem to help others, so I guess it could just be sample size issue with me. Wierd nonetheless.

fwiw I've found plenty of juicy 5/10 games this month, it's just a shame I can only muster up 20k hands and ran like [censored].

I really dont think it is if you have to do it in "this" month. Maybe you would run hot and do it in one month in the next two years.

yeah but 100K hands at 5ptbb is if someone was really good and REALLY motivated (and ran even better)

nah, often you cant even get more than 10 tables running, so assuming you can somehow ten table (800 hands an hour) for 5 hours a day 25 days in the month (life [censored] always comes up) you would still have to run at 5/ptbb whoch is pretty much the highest winrate longterm for mere mortals (fv crushes it but cmon, hes fv)
