Default NL200: Any reason to drop this set against LAG?

Can I fold set here? I feel this is an instacall. Please confirm my thoughts or not )

Villain is 64/28/2.3 (2.5/2.3/2.1)

So I feel he is pretty much laggy with so high AF agr. factor and this huge VPIP so there plenty much of different draws and 2pairs that he can play this way. Am I right?

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $200
CO: $553.60
Button: $413
SB: $480.20
Hero: $228.65

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
3 folds, SB calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $9</font>, SB calls.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($18, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $12</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $24</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $89</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises all-in $447.2</font>, Hero CALLS!?

Well once you put in 1/2 your stack you certainly aren't folding, especially against this guy

i dont play NL too often but in this situation i couldnt click the call button faster... because you read him as so laggy there can be alot of different hands he could hold here but one i think he might hold is T9, 89 , 78 or he even could have flopped the striaght but all in all i think you are way ahead at this point... couldnt imagine folded middle set imo
