Default How many total tables at WSOP?

Harrahs put out a press release a ways back claiming to have 300 tables available for tournaments.

Todays tournament had ~2600 and they had tons of alternates so they clearly don't have even 260 tables total

I think the highest numbered table in the main room is 231 though i'm not sure if they have that many or not (counting the ~20 in the tent)

they have another 10 or so in the main poker room which is absurd to use due to the distance involved.

They also have giant rooms near amazon that are often unused....

all in all it seems roughly the same capacity as last year which is puzzling

Remember that on some days there are as many as 6 separate tournaments running concurrently.

2 x tournies that started that day.
2 x tournies that started the previous day, that are playing down to a final table.
2 x tournies playing their final table.
