Default Pool: how many games per day? How many days a week?

I'm trying to decide how much should I play to speed up my BR grinding & decided to take a look at your routines.

In addition to the pool maybe you could explain: a. How do you decided to play that much/little? b. Why don't you play more/less? Any other point you think it's valuable advice?

Thanks.

Edit: if the choices were poor chosen (LOL), let me know.

pool = for swimming in.
poll = for surveying people to get information.
pole = what the girl at the bar sits on in your fantasies
pull = when you manage to trick that girl into sitting on it
pill = what you hope she has a supply of when you realize you were too drunk to bag it up

Should make it less than 5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30+

Also can you add "TURBO or REGULAR". This really would cause a huge difference in number of games played. A regular HU sng player would play probably 1-2 less games per hour (1 tabling) then a turbo player.

Around 300 per month. And since I play everyday this means I play around 10 per day.
