Default Nutrition question about botted tea

Obviously most brewed teas have great nutritional benefits.

What I'm wondering is if the diet versions of bottled teas have the same. For example I've recently gotten hooked on Litpon's Diet Green Team with Citrus or their Diet White tea with Raspberry.

The ingredients in these list green tea/white tea as the 3rd ingredient behind water and citric acid.

Am I getting the same health benefits of normal tea? In the past I only drank water all day long(only thing else was alcholo when I went out), but I've started drinking a ton of these(probably 3 a day)....is that a bad decision or does it not really matter?

Most of the evidence is very weak. By far the strongest effect from tea is the caffeine.

The other health benefits may or may not be confined only to green tea.

I drink green tea pretty regularly but only for the caffeine. I'd be surprised if the health benefits in bottled tea outweigh the negatives, but at least it's not as bad as soda.

If you really want to make sure you're being healthy, just brew your own green tea.
