Villain is solid. I think he is just calling with pair/draws. A flop raise would be different. Here, there is no value in raising those hands. I think he has 87/55/air/Ax hands most of the time, i.e. WA/WB. He's not raising the turn with those draws.

The scare card part of it I can agree with, but I think he's folding to a raise with most of what I beat anyway.

You are representing AK really well up until the turn. I can't think of too many hands that would be folding to a 3 bet on the turn after putting in a raise.
