Default Top two on monotone board vs Lag

Villain and I have been raising and 3 betting lightly preflop. Him more than me. Effective stacks are just under 1k. HU 5-10

Hero is dealt 98 on the button.

Hero raises to 35. Villain calls in the BB.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain leads for 70.

If I think Villain may 3 bet all in sometimes with the ace here+ overcard and at least call 100% of the time with a bare A of diamonds... is a raise here correct given stacks?

If we had 200 BB behind, I think it's an obv call on the flop... but that's another story.

Anyway, I raised to 180, he calls.

Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain bets 410. Hero???

WTF, in OP you say 1k stacks at 5-10, so you're 100BB's deep right.

I push the turn no matter what really.

hypothetically... if we were 200 BB deep was my point.

no matter what really??? obv you're not counting 10 cards in the deck...

Why is your flop raise so small? Did you think he was more likely to shove over 180 than like, 240?

Anyway, I shove turn, especially since your flop raise could be interpreted as being fairly weak.

I actually made it 180 from a 30 PFR and 60 bet on the flop... sorry about the wrong numbers

well i pushed the turn and got called by a flush, so I decided to river an 8 and all was goot.
