Default How to play this straight flush draw

CO is a bad TAGgish 23/20 but stacks off extremely light postflop. Flop coldcaller is the x-factor in my opinion, he is a bad loose passive so really no idea what he could have.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $45.90
Hero (BB): $110.75
UTG: $205.70
CO: $130.25
BTN: $310.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $4.00</font>, BTN calls $4.00, SB calls $3.50, Hero calls $3.00

Flop: ($16) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $14.00</font>, BTN folds, SB calls $14.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $50.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises all-in to $126.25</font>, SB folds, Hero calls all-in for $56.75
Uncalled bet of $19.50 returned to CO

Turn: ($243.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($243.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $243.50 ($3 Rake)

A bad tag who stacks off extremely light postflop + a bad loose/passive player -&gt; EV(call flop) &gt; EV(raise flop)
