93s, bottom end straight -- value bet light?

Villian has been playing relatively tight. I don't have PT as I'm at work, but I would put him at 28/15/1.5

Does anyone like a raise on the turn, or a bet on the river? Say, half pottish?

I would put him on TJ, reverse float, QK, a draw or the Ace.

I thought he was going for a river C/R, an decided if he had that or the draw, I wasn't going to be making much more money on the hand.

Definitely can't raise the turn; that's the fast track to losing your money.

When he checks on the river, though, I'm betting small and hoping he calls with his two pair or whatever. He's not checking the nuts there; theres no reason to think you're going to bet.

Raising turn is a spew, I'd probably fold the river if led into since only an ace can bet that river, especially given the tighter stats on villain.

As played bet small on the river, $10 - $14. If you're raised fold obviously.
