Default PLO8 ($100) UB - BIG POT A BREWIN\'...WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

I'm pretty sure I had to play the hand the way I played it, but just wanted to make sure...I believe I have said in the past, I tend to get overzealous sometimes...

NICK6550 is at seat 0 with $26 .60.
Big Gray is at seat 1 with $100 .90.
yermudder is at seat 2 with $75 .55.
instars is at seat 3 with $64 .45.
g-dog is at seat 4 with $84 .30.
HERO is at seat 5 with $174 .70.
armandox is at seat 6 with $64 .95.
OmahaJohn is at seat 7 with $75 .90.
Jack Lumber is at seat 8 with $93 .50 (SB).
BreakUrHeart is at seat 9 with $120 (BB).
The button is at seat 7.

Seat 0, 2, and 4 called...I pump it up to $6.50 with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]...Seat 6 calls, the BB calls...Seat 0 FOLDS, Seat 2 CALLS...Seat 4 RE-RAISES to $27 and all CALL...

Now there are 5 players to the flop and about $135 in the pot...

We see a flop of...
T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Seat 2 CHECKS, Seat 4 bets $23...The action is on us with 2 people still having yet to act...WE???????????

I'm not clear on why you raised preflop (not that I really have a problem with it). Flop looks like a push to me; if you just call, there's a risk that a non-heart low card on the turn will allow someone to force you out of the pot. If everyone but Seat 4 folds, you should have good equity against most AAxx hands (other than AA3/AA2).

Bbart...I know there may be a lot of people who STRONGLY disagree with a lot of the hands I raise with preflop in PLO8...But I feel with the players at this level most of them can't outplay me after the flop so I will raise with a wide array of hands when in position which from the hijack I felt like I was late enough with this hand...Usually a bet to $6.50 will thin the field to 1-3 callers...Yes I know you don't want 3 callers on this hand, but you would be amazed the slop that people call with and have to fold to my continuation bets on the flop...I'd say I make a large chunk of my money in PLO8 by pressuring my opponents when I'm in position, winning a lot of uncontested pots post-flop after raising...

As far as the AA hands, wasn't too worried...I know I woulda felt the heat from those type of hands after my initial raise and CERTAINLY after Seat 4's reraise...Me and Break have a history so he'd definitely come over the top of me with AA...
