Default 50/100 HU trips deepish

Villain is UCanSMD on full tilt. He is a decent player who Im pretty sure comes from a limit background, he makes some good thin value bets, but also makes some poor river calls (overvaluing top pair) somewhat typical of limit players making the transition to No Limit.
I have been playing pretty aggressively so far and reraising a good amount preflop, however in all the big pots when he has called my river bets I have showed down the winner.
So on to the hand, I am wondering if this is an easy value shove or is too thin vs a decent opponent who is capable of getting tricky and slowplaying, and considering I have not shown down a bluff in a big pot.

Effective stacks ~18k

Villain raises to 300. Hero raises to 1100 with KhQd. Villan calls.

Flop Qs10hQh
Hero bets 1700. Villain Calls.

Turn 7h
Hero bets 3800. Villain calls. (?)

River 9s
Hero...

you guys are really putting in 120bb river vbets in that thin when both the flush and straights hit?? Are we putting most of his range on worse trips, or what? Seems like even those will fold to a river push.

i hate check/calling because i don't really see a hand that he bluffs with since both big draws hit and he'd probably check down hands like KK, JJ, AA and AT.

so its either shove to get value from those hands or check fold. given that he tends to call river bets a little too light i like a shove becuase i could see him looking you up with some big pairs.

You nit.

I don't really know how often you guys are putting in stacks but in the heads-up games I play this is an auto-shove.

heh i HOPE we can rule out a straight from villains range.

i agree with roman without more info provided, check and most likely fold. cant really give a good answer without having been there though, lots of things can EASILY turn it into a clear shove or a checkcall.

edit: without seeing the hand, i am guessing u shoved into villains pocket tens?

You have the Kh so villain likely does not have the straight here. But you might so he not very likely to call you light.
I would be most worried about a flush or TT and since he is very hard pressed to bluff shove the river checking and then most likely folding seems like the best option.
