Default Early Game Props

No Score 1st inning Chc/Cin +110
No Score 1st inning Atl/Phil +105

Cold weather may hold these scores down. And I'll pretty much take the no score 1st inning bet anytime I get it as a dog. I haven't done any statistical studies, but from general observation, about 60-70% of games have no score in the first inning. Seems fairly +EV if you can get the bet as a dog.

Anybody done a study on this prop bet to tell me otherwise?

Good bets. The only thing that worries me is that Davies and Eaton aren't very strong pitchers.

hope you don't mind me posting in your thread, but CWS U5 runs at +105 is a steal at bodog. if you had pinny you could arb it with O5 at +108.

I got Chuck James as the listed pitcher for ATL. If Cox pulls the switcheroo on me, it is no bet. And yeah, Eaton scares the hell out of me too.

Hopefully a day game after a long night game on getaway day and maybe everyone will be a little sluggish early.

I'm an NL only guy, so I dont' know much about CWS. Good luck with it, I'll be rooting for ya.

thanks... i don't know much about CWS either, other than that they're supposed to suck (thanks crockpot and PECOTA), but this isn't why i made the bet.

what i do know, is that pinnacle sports is hanging this line on CWS today.
O5 +108
U5 -118.

this tells me that U5 at -108 should be profitable (pinny is booking action at this price, and they win in the long-run), if -108 is profitable, +105 is a steal.

James is starting, my bad. Last night's game was real cold and the bats didn't seem to get going until the eighth(I'm sure most of that can be attributed to the starting pitching) but I'm sure it is tough to be comfortable at the plate early in these games.

Here are some props I thought were soft that I bet for today's games. Some are still available.

Sox/Indians RHE o28.5 -140

Royals score first +240

D'Rays score first +160

Yankees/D'Rays run scored in first inning = Yes +105

Books were Sportbet, Sportsbook, CRIS, Skybook.
