I'm sure someone has asked this already, and I apologize for being a lazy sap who couldn't read the other topics, but how soon is HR 4411 liable to take effect when/if it passes and Bush signs it?

For that matter, when is the Senate vote? I haven't found anything on that.

I don't know why so many other 2+2 members feel the need to belittle others and make sarcastic posts if they think someone asked a dumb question.

I agree with you and I think its a bit childish to do what some people do, but what did you honestly expect when you essentially came right out and said, "I'm too lazy to actually use the forum as its intended to be used, so could a regular just fill me in?" No offense dude, but you're bound to get those responses with that type of a statement. next time just make a small effort to look for yourself. It can't take more than 2 minutes to find that info. As stated, the FAQ's and previous posts are the best place to find the info in these forums. If you've looked around and kind find what you need, then ask and people generally will help you.
