It seems that depending on who the author is, they're assuming that a half-pot-sized bet of X will/won't chase out 2nd pair or top-pair bad-kicker on the flop. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no reference for which author is right and which is wrong for the game I plan on trying (the 400NL or 600NL on Party).

Too lazy to do a graph, also, every time I try to post a pic in here it seems something gets screwed up. But if I hit 30k hands at 5BB/100 (currently at almost 25k hands) then I'll get off my ass and do it.
