Default NL25: Can I do a step by step with AK?

OK so Like I said in the other thread I've run really good in NL10. My games come on leaps and bounds since reading here regularly, getting a HUd, working on my game. I still play quite passively though and make stupid call downs.. Maybe I should have ironed these leaks out before moving back up to NL25 I dunno, but heres a hand I think I misplayed... a lot

Got about 60 or so hands on villain at this point. Seems good, better than me. Stats on him so far:

23/20/5 or so
3b 15
cb 100

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $39.30
CO: $12.45
hero: $55.45
SB: $30.60
BB: $25.35

Pre-flop: (5 players) hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises to $0.85</font>, CO folds, <font color="#cc0000">hero raises to $2.9</font>, 2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG raises to $10.85</font>, hero calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($22.05, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $12.75</font>. Hero....?

So to save some time I'll do pre-flop and flop in one post. Should I have called? Raised? Folded? What now on flop? I have some outs if behind probably, and he c-bets all the time.

Preflop the initial raise is good although you can also just call with position. Once it comes back to you however you need to fold. If his range is still wide and you don't want to fold, then push.

Push the flop, there's really nothing left to do.

Preflop move in or fold (probably fold). On the flop move in.

i like folding pre. the re raise is good pre flop and defines his range. when you get re raised what is it with? QQ+ more likely. i like the fold. push flop but its standard at that point. i feel we need to outdraw to win here tho.
dont like pushing pre as an option here either.the more i think about it fold looks good

Whoops. I called.

Since I obviously misplayed every street so far there is no point posting the rest of the hand. Basically I turned a flush, he check raised me all in with KK and I felt like a massive donkey despite pulling in the massive pot.
