Default 99 in reraised pot. Call or raise flop? two hands

Villain and Hero have been 3-betting each other fairly frequently, although not wildly out of control. 5-10, 6 handed. Black 99 in 3 hands. effective Stacks are 1k.

Hand 1:

Hero raises in CO to 35. Villain reraises to 110 on button. blinds fold. Hero calls.

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] . Hero checks, Villain bets 150. Hero??

Hand 2:
Same Villain. Same hand.

Hero raises in CO to 35. villain reraises to 110 on button.
Blinds fold.

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Villain bets 150. Hero????

does the presence of a flush draw here make me more inclined to call or raise? Probably call correct? What about the two overcards? does that weight it more to call or raise? Probably raise yes? Why???

Whats your plan for turn?

It seems to me that if you're not reasonably confident that you will make at least $600 post flop over what is in the pot when and if you flop a set OOP, then calling for a set and c/f'ing when you miss is not a good plan. And I doubt you'd get his stack very often since he seems to do this reraise thing with more than AA/KK/QQ. In which case he'll give up if you show much post flop resistence to he cb.

I think folding in both spots preflop is ok if the pot is just going to be heads up post flop.

I think leading on the flop for $150 is OK if you think he'll fold AK or AJ or TT (as opposed to floating the $150 then stealing when/if you check the turn).

And I suppose a check/raise to $500 might be OK on occaision on a board like hand 1 where he can't put you on a draw, then giving up if he calls or bets later. Depending on his read of you and his own ability to fold in the face of this kind of aggression, you might get almost anything besides QQ to fold.

I think I'd alternate between folding 1/3 of the time preflop, playing like you did 1/3 of the time, and leading on the flop for $150 1/3 of the time. I don't think I make the big c/r on the flop with 99.

Being out of position in both hands, I'd be more likely to either fold or 4-bet preflop.

As played, I'd c/c hand one because that's how I'd play a big hand here (TP, set, etc.) on this dry of a board.

Hand two, I'd fold. Too many hands have connected with this flop in some way or another.

I'd call hand one. I think making a minraise is fine too though. hand two I'd either bet out or fold.

I'd check most safe turns in hand one and fold if he double barrels.

Hand 2 ez fold
hand 1 raising is ok to fold out JJ, TT, and AK. It pretty much folds out half his range often, and if he flatcalls, you can shut down and save urself money on later streets. Make sure he doesn't have the stones to shove on you with air tho, cuz if he's that kind of player, then just call and reeval turn. Raising OR calling for hand 1 is rele ok IMO, it's more player dependent. It' sprobably best to raise flop if opponent is multitabling TAG because he'll fold the range I discussed, but if he's singletabling tricky TAG or LAG it's prob best to call.
