Default AKs... feeling lost after 3bet

Obviously this is a situation that happens a lot, and against most opponents I would probably bet even this horrid flop.

This opponent had been extremely LAG however, and I had 3bet him probably 4 times in the past 5 minutes at 2 different tables, playing my standard TAG game. He hadn't shown down very strong hands at all, so this is certainly a board that is very capable of being in Villains rage.

I like it. If he thinks your 3 betting him light then he's likely to raise/float a c-bet light.

if you decline to cbet the flop, is betting the T on the turn ok?

No, because villains always put hero on AK after they check behind on the flop, and will call with any pair, and on this board any 2 cards has a pair or better essentially.
