They are following the laws. I havent seen one person stack more than $100 down on the felt while initially sitting.

Hence the loophole. They are seating people with a Max of $100 then allowing chip runners to add on to their posted max, which is all listed on their site.

Thanks, Broward residents, for voting to approve class III slots!

Don't thank the residents of Broward County, thank the citizens of the State of Florida. As you may recall, it took an Amendment (voted on and approved by the citizens of the State of Florida) to the State Constitution to permit the Class III Gaming Slots in Broward County.

On Thurs 7/6.
The gaming board got wind of what was going on and shut he BIG games down at Hard Rock in Tampa and Hollywood.

They were forced to go down to $100 min. AND max buy in like the tracks.

Hopefully they will be allowed to spread what they want if the Class III is worked out to allow full poker and Table games, these games fall under class III but as the other poster mentioned not a right under Class III unless allowed elsewhere in the state since Class III slots are allowed (Broward) Florida was ordered to work out deal regarding Class III slots.

Keep your fingers crossed that a deal is worked out on poker and Table games at the same time.

I still don't understand how they violated the rules if what someone here posted earlier was correct. It looked like it said the minimum buyin could not be more than $100. That seems to say that as long as you let people sit in the 10/20 games with $100 if they wanted to buy in short, that would be legal. Nothing was mentioned about a maximum buyin.
