River Play in Blind Stealing Position

20/40 hand, game is either 8 handed or 7 handed (due to walking). I have been active and unsuccessful lately, making lots of open raises in late position, and giving up after missing and folding on turn or river at least 3 times last hour.

Folded around to me, I look down at a black TT on button, and raise. SB folds, BB, who is one of the 2 or 3 players I believe is better than me, calls.

Flop comes 2 8s 9s. Check, bet, call.

Turn comes T, check, bet, raises, 3-bet, call.

River Qc....

He....

What do I do with him checking and betting.

I imagine my lines are fairly standard...Just like reinforcement.

Not talking about this hand, but about the situation in general. You will have to tighten your stealing range, at least for a while. The few players to your immediate left will assume that you are trying to steal with almost anything. Your semi-bluffs will have no value on the flop or turn, and you will seldom be successful at stealing pre-flop. This is bad luck, but your image is shot for this session as far as blind stealing goes.
