The flops tricky, I cant see any hand you beat calling but your pot commited if you raise, calling the flop and folding the turn might be best or if villain is aggro just call it all the way.

Against a nit I could even find a flop fold but its rare that I'm disciplined.

If villain is fairly aggressive I call flop and check fold all other streets. If villain is maniacally aggressive I shove flop. If villain is passive/nitty I fold flop.

QFT. Bold = your typical 10NL player in the area of 3betting preflop, and postflop betting.

Reload before the hand. Fold on the flop. Dont call his allin. I think you are beat here over 90% of the time.

Think about what you're beating...AK, AQ? I probably fold here vs a standard 10nl villain.

IMO, unless he's an incredible maniac, I fold the flop. You're not beating 88, any T, QQ, KK, AA. You only beat AK or AQ really. Just not a place I wanna be.
