Flop call might look a little speculattive but anyway...

a couple of questions:
What is the best way to get the most value out of this hand?
What is the best way to protect myself against better straights and or flush draws?

You might want to try and check raise, if button bets out again and your sure he will a check raise looks good, if you think no one will bet it then lead out for 3/4 the pot, to protect it from other draws.
