Default WAWB with TPTK, 100 NL 6-max

Villain is 25/10/1.5 over 500 hands.

Villain has seen hero show down a few semi-bluffs as well as strong hands while raising post flop. He probably hasn't seen hero take this call-down line yet.

My read here is that TPTK is either way ahead or way behind. Is there a better way to figure out which one besides calling down 3 bullets?

I don't think I've ever seen someone with an AF of 1.5 three barrel with anything worse than AJ. I think I would fold the river.

Vilain seems to be on the passive side, the main question is :
What does mean this weak bet on the river ? strong hand or blocking bet ? With no answer to that question I call on the river and take a note on vilain about this bet. As I guess his range is large here i'm not expecting to be ahead often but I think calling the river bet is close (114:30 you don't need to be against KJ or a busted flush draw too often).
