if it makes you feel better, I did holler for Cantwell to come in once at the tv tonight

I believe it was when Brohm tried to force the ball to Douglas in quadruple coverage for the fourth time


I understand where Brohm has all the physical tools that NFL scouts drool over

I just feel Cantwell is a more effective qb for that system. He was so damn good last year in his time. He was much better at making the right reads verse blitz packages, which is something that Brohm still struggles with IMO. In addition, Cantwell is more mobile. He's not a runner, but he moves good enough to occassionally scramble for a first. Brohm really reminds me of Leaf.

I did see one NFL evaluater that had both Brohm and Cantwell in the top 5 QBs for draft stock. Sucks that they play for the same team so the nation doesn't get to see Cantwell every week.

Then again, I have not been on Brohm so much the last few weeks. Playing without Douglas and Urrutia was a real tough situation.

I hate to judge a guy on one season, but I think that guy is awful.

I've known Mike Cassidy was/is horrible from his Illinois days. I cannot believe he still has an upper level coaching job. He should be a position coach.




I'm amazed how much the ville struggles against the blitz.
