Default 200NL - very deep $650 eff stacks - KK

villian has been playing loose and wild (quite fishy) when he had 100bb, but as his stack grew, he started playing more solid once he hit $550 or so..

My image is TAG. he had been riasing to 12 as a standard open, but had hadn't done so in a few orbits.

How do I play this?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

SB ($134.55)
BB ($244.15)
UTG ($301)
<font color="#C00000">MP ($653.55)</font>
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($684.80)</font>

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $12</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $48</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP calls $36.

Flop: ($99) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP checks, Hero checks. (is this ok?)

Turn: ($99) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $64</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $154</font>, Hero ...?!!?!! (calls $90.)

River: ($407) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $407

thanks,
Mike

I think a flop check is fine. I think a turn call is fine. I think the river check is fine.

Bet flop, a fish before that tightened up is still a fish.

I'm pretty sure I played with you at that table last night... if that's the guy I'm thinking of, everything looks good except river check. It doesn't make any sense for him to c/r the turn and then check river to you... he always bets river here if he can beat KK.

is he really gonna call me down for 3 buy-ins with AQ?

what is his preflop range given that he called my reraise?

I mean, this guy wasnt a total idiot, and had tightened up considerably.

and about the river, yes I usually (95% of time) valuebet there, but something didn't feel right about the line he took.

I'm still open to more discussion as for how to play this hand,
Thanks
Mike
