Am i the only one reraising on turn ??
I want value from better flush draws and i want to juice up the pot so we can shove river.

that kind of puts our hand face up...he will call our river bet a higher % of time then our turn raise

the question is whether there is any value left on the river after the turn pairs

[/ QUOTE ]

This what I was thinking when I bet the river small.

[/ QUOTE ]

72 gets called at the same frequency as 115, but it gets bluffed less often.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll admit that the 72 bet was pretty damn weak, but how often do you see people c/r bluff rivers, putting in roughly a buy in, at 1/2?

I totally agree that betting 115 or so would have been better to make it harder for him to c/r bluff me.

Well when you bet half pot on the river you're either squeezing value really thinly or you have a FH, but I don't think you bet that weak with a FH on river, so I mean, it may be TJ, a 5 (rare IMO), or just a lone T thinking he's weak.

ugggg... i am honestly not too sure about this and it's a lot opponent dependent, in action i'd often call, cause i don't give people enough credit

but if thinking about this i think it's a fold, and liek thac said, it's much easier to fold to a 115 bet because it cuts down on the chance he's bluffing

but given we didn't i think it's still a fold with the way played
