Default 25NL: AA on QQQ board, go for broke?

I can't remember why I checked the turn, but I should have bet it. I think I also should have just called the river raise.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $26.30
Hero (BB): $25.20
UTG: $10.60
MP: $23.75
CO: $23.15
BTN: $4.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, MP folds, CO calls $0.25, BTN calls $0.25, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.35</font>, UTG folds, CO calls $1.10, BTN calls $1.10

Flop: ($4.40) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3.00</font>, CO calls $3.00, BTN folds

Turn: ($10.40) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

River: ($10.40) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $8.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $16.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $20.85</font>, CO calls all-in for $2.80
Uncalled bet of $2.05 returned to Hero

Pot Size: $48.00 ($2.40 Rake)

A bigger raise preflop would be better but there is nothing much you can do here. I wouldn't fold this FH not in a thousand years. Especially at this limit.
The fact that you checked the turn doesen't change anything because if he has a queen or a 66+ pair he will put you anyway allin. Some poor players will be allin even with a small pocket pair like 33.
Next time post at least some info avout the villain and your image at the table.
