Brag: Duke beat a DI team for the first time in my three years at school.

Beat: Not enough student support (only a few hundred kids)
Major Beat: Some girl got the [censored] knocked out of her after some idiots tried to stand them up in the quad. Police went nuts and started threatening jail and everyone left and not enough people challenged the cops.

Variance: 1 game win streak? 2 wins on season after playing Notre Dame in November?

Man when I was at Duke, I had an uncanny knack for missing the football games where we won and tore down goalposts (happened twice in '02, I think). I got to see us win at least once though, in overtime, at home, which was cool.

But hey, nice job on breaking that streak! Is it basketball season yet?
