Default 2/4 FullTilt tried to isolate fishy

I'm trying to get it all in with the short stack, unfortunately that does not happen, thoughts on the preflop raise size (maybe just call?). I wanted to make sure the other guy (unknown to me) saw that I am committed. On the flop I'm obviously bet/folding, once the turn came I don't think I can find a fold in this big of a pot.

I hate that preflop raise size. A standard close to PSB preflop here commits both you and Btn if he decides to continue here. This just bloats the pot unnecessarily when you raise to $90. I really hate doing it, but I think I have to fold the turn. Is he calling a 3-bet pf and $110 bet on the flop with AJ,AT? I think this is like AK/set 95% here, and you just need to fold on the turn because it is so likely you're drawing dead. It's a huge pot right now, but it's still close to 1/2BI you're stacking off when you call on the turn, when you only probably have like 10-12% equity against his range.

Any suggestions on a 4bet size? I really didnt wanna mess around with a full stack with AQo OOP and I didnt wanna play a flop against the shorty with AQ either even though I felt I'm way ahead of his range.

Preflop seems bad, but if he's been doing the min 3 bet thing a ton it's not terrible. Since the original TAG raiser called, you shouldn't be putting another cent in the pot IMO, and as played the turn looks like a fold. It's not like he's shoving QQ here or something.
