Default A7s completes from the small blind, flops is AQQ

How should I play this? Villain has stats of
90.32/22.6/6.4 but i only have 31 hands played
against him.

value betting the river has no value, if you value bet half the pot like this he either calls you with a chop or comes over the top with either a chop or a quad. I'd check/call to induce bluff.
But if you're gonna call an all-in anyhow, why dont you lead the river with an AI, maybe he might fold an ace although unlikely... sometimes when a chop is highly likely, and someone having the nuts is unlikely, its alright to go ai yourself, to force villain fold a chop.
