Does anyone else really hope Grim just quits poker while he's still up about $100k or so? I mean, if you quit now, you'll have a bunch of awesome stories to tell people in a few years, a decent win in the books and a head start over most other people your age.

I know this isn't good BBV or anything, but Captain Obvious can see what's coming in a couple months or so and why would we even want it to get to that point.

Agreed Viscant. The problem is he has been at such high limits, moving down isn't hard, it's damn near impossible. I know I can't fathom what it would be like to be in that situation, but if I were, I'd set aside like $100,000. Give it to my parents or someone I could really trust, or buy a 1 yr CD for 100,000. Then I would [censored] full on monkey tilt the rest in Vegas, I don't know his age, or some Poker room in Europe. I would sit for the full amount and just run it up. Once you inevitably bust, I would take time off poker. No matter how bad you want to play, you have to take off time. You have to become the player you once were. Then he should go back to NL1000, be very well-staked and hopefully he doesn't do it again.

Who knows though, the type of person that does this, is not the type of person to get themself out of the mess. Catch-22 to say the least.

GL Grimstarr.

I feel bad for Grim, I recognise this probably makes me an idiot.
