Re: Is this a bluffing situation?
[ QUOTE ]
This is his first attempt to steal blinds. [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] On the flop I thought it could be a blind steal situation, so I waited for one more card. [/ QUOTE ] Huh? How big that sample where he never tried to steal blinds? Prolly shoulda just folded pre-flop. |

Re: Is this a bluffing situation?
I usually do fold this preflop. The sample size was 45 hands.
I like to pick on the newer players, so that is why I stuck it out. I think I had +EV in this situation, while most others don't. Newer players make more mistakes, like the one this guy did. I would have been content in losing the hand had he not made his bet on the river. That bet woke me up that he probably thought my hand was good enough that he had to push me off of it. Lego, what hand would you have on the river, if you were him, that you would have bet $17. Do you think his $17 made sense? |

Re: Is this a bluffing situation?
Brian, note that there's a full ring forum for full ring hands. This one has run it's course so I will just leave it here.

Re: Is this a bluffing situation?
If I were villian I could have a full house, quads, small possibility of a straight, and possibly overpairs, I would just about never be firing a 3rd barrel bluff.
