Standard is to permaban the gimmick and add a couple days onto the main ban.

Stinky posted two posts, "I keep waiting for someone to post pointing out all the errors in this thread".

Then replied to his own post with, "Short stacking will always be profitable as long as full stack fish play this bad".

Jake posted "Congratulations on being the greatest $50NL regular of all time. How does it feel to have such an excellent grasp of the game and be unable to move up past $50NL".

He then replied to his own post with, "In before ban".

Imasakidd's post is still there. I left it because I felt I obv needed to make a statement to put a stop to the trolling before it got completely out of hand and more people piled on with "Free Stinky Pete" posts.

Jake is a regular. He obv expected to get banned. FWIW, I have a half million hands at $100NL and 35K hands at $200NL.

StinkyPete has never posted in FRNL before. His posts were basically zero content. They may or may not have had merit, if they did he should have posted more than what was essentially "This thread sucks" in a thread that's already almost turned into a flame war several times.

Imasakid has now posted in FRNL 3 times since Feb. His other two posts were in chat threads. FRNL is not BBV, we're not having a hundred "Free StinkyPete" posts. His line about "I would have posted in this thread" is complete [censored] and a retarded attempt at "extortion" (for lack of a better word).

Trolling by posters from other forums has been a problem before in FRNL and it is no longer tolerated.

Everybody got 24hr bans.

i don't see a problem with any of this, assuming it has been explained more or less accurately. it's going to come across as harsh but if you're cool with that, carry on.

He's made two other posts in FRNL in the last six months. He posted a couple minutes after I banned Pete.

He's full of [censored], he was never going to post in that thread. He only posted to flame me for banning Pete.

He could have PM'd me, he didn't, instead he chose to escalate the situation and post flamage in the thread.

It's a 24hr tmpban for crying out loud. Get a grip! Or it WAS a 24hr tmpban. I guess we'll see when the IP check comes back, no?
