Default Tough PLO hand, deep

I feel like the ill get the best responses here cause the Omaha section doesnt get much traffic. Opponent is a good holdem player, havent played many hands with him in omaha. I got him at 45/16 over 200 hands and 2/3/17 street-by-street AF with a total AF of 1. He seems like the type of player who only seems to raise/rr big pairs, so after he raised over 2 limpers I had him on some sort of big pair. His flopcall doesnt scare me and im quite sure im stil ahead. Turn call def made me put him on some sort of overpair w/ the flush draw or some backdoor straight draw. River makes the backdoor straight or some whacky 67. Can I call this river? BTW I didnt really want to go for a CR on the flop cause I feared it would get checked around + kinda akward stack sizes.

I call, his hand looks like a straight draw and realistically only 76 hit, he can easily have A34, 346, and such hands, so I think calling is +EV

and also your hand looks like a set so he probably wouldn't push a higher 2 pair

Is turn standard? Also, what kinda range can we put villain on here that he would bluff on the river? Like, 52xx turned into a bluff? God I have no clue how to play this game
