Default Hot-Rox Extreme

Does anyone have any experience with this? I would like to see some feedback that isn't from the t-nation website.
thread on t-nation
Does it work? The general consesus on there is that its awesome, but I am a bit leery of all of that. Any help would be appreciated.

It's EXTREME so it should be awesome.

Actually, to be honest, I think they are pretty good. T-Nation people give it good reviews and Thremp enjoys Biotest's products (Alpha Male), so I'd give it a shot if I wasn't already on a thermogenic.

I followed that link and was alarmed to see that the marketers were proud that they conducted the largest supplement study ever with 75 subjects.

Are these thermogenics actually effective?

Yeah, 75 subject is a huge N-value for most of these things, to be honest.

Thermogenics are effective, period. Anything that jacks up your heart rate and metabolism will help you lose fat.

So if you were, say, a 40ish guy who spent most of last year smoking and playing on-line poker in his time away from his job sitting in front of a different computer would this, hypothetically, make your heart explode or blood shoot out my, um, his ears?

Kerowo,

Possibly if you abuse them. Kyleb has more use of thermogenics than I do. This will be the first time I've ever used on, since I'm not a fat bastard and just wanna see if I can get shredded and stay around my current weight.

I'm finishing up the Velocity Diet tomorrow and I take these every day. I guess they work; I lost 16lbs in 3 weeks.

You do realize that Hot Rox isn't what makes the velocity diet work? And I'd doubt t-nation would ever say this, but I'd never use that diet now if I wasn't really overweight as you'll shed a huge amt of muscle mass. I'd seriously rec a mild dose of anavar or winny-v on that diet if you must do it.
