What a lame service. Deposits are instant from Neteller and withdrawals take ages. Requested a cashout 5 days ago and it's still saying "processing". Pokerstars needed like 20h to process the cashout. Did both at the same time.

Go to Stars, where cashouts to ePass are *INSTANT* and you are respected as a customer.

Have been a longtime satisfied customer - but if payout delays start to become a trend, I will also be moving to Stars

For all you FTP people, the grass is not greener on the other side. Here is the Current ECHECK Debacle on Stars. You get the chips instantly using echeck. I purchased on 8/30 and the funds have not been taken from my bank STILL. I was stupid enough to reuqest a cashout by Echeck also. Of course stars says it can not be reversed, and it has still not posted. Seems no one can get it right these days

When did this happen? A month or so ago Full Tilt was much faster than Stars for Epass cashouts. My stars ones went through in 30 hours while FTP cashouts were taking <2
